Product Features

Solid content: 36%; Medium viscosity:

5500–6500 CPS @25℃;Dry film thickness: approx.3–4μm;Min. resolution:35–40μm for 350 mesh yellow screen;Min. resolution:30–35μm for 420 mesh yellow screen;Dual resistance for water & solvent inks;Excellent moisture resistance;Medium exposure speed;Good coating fluidity;Superior Rz surface roughness after multiple coating.

Storage & Shelf Life

Store at 5–25℃ ambient temperature; shelf life: 12 months

  1. Operating Instructions
  1. Screen Pre-treatment: Degrease mesh with degreaser or roughen mesh surface with mesh abrasion paste (roughening is unnecessary for high-mesh precision screen production).
  2. Pre-dry screen for standby: Dry at 35℃~40℃ (max.42℃), relative humidity controlled at 45%–55%.
  3. Coating: 2 coats on ink side + 2 coats on printing side; dry at 35℃~40℃ (≤42℃, RH45%–55%) for 10 mins.
  4. Coating: 1 coat on ink side + 3 coats on printing side; dry at 35℃~40℃ (≤42℃, RH45%–55%) for 10 mins.
  5. Coating: 0 coat on ink side + 1 coat on printing side; dry at 35℃~40℃ (≤42℃, RH45%–55%) for 10 mins. Final net dry film thickness is around 8μm. Coating method varies for different industries; target film thickness can be achieved by repeated coating.
  6. Exposure: Calibrate exposure energy with exposure test strip. Without test strip, perform exposure with various energy values on a single screen and select optimal parameter based on developing result. After parameter confirmation, regularly test and adjust exposure energy: insufficient exposure leads to poor solvent resistance and short printing life; over-exposure reduces stencil resolution.
  7. Leave screen standing for 1–3 mins after exposure.
  8. Developing: Wet both screen sides with low-pressure water or soak within 1–2 mins, then rest for another 1–2 mins. Continuously flush printing surface with fan-shaped low-pressure water until complete patterns appear.

Note: Only flush printing side; excessive washing on ink side causes pinholes and damages edge sharpness. Maintain approx.60CM distance between water gun and screen. Gently rinse ink side for 1~2 mins, then flush all residual sludge thoroughly from both screen sides after inspection.

  1. Drying: Dry at 35℃~40℃ (max.42℃, RH45%–55%) for 20–30 mins.
  2. Screen Inspection & Repair**: Secondary supplementary exposure on standard exposure machine to improve printing durability.
  3. Mesh Sealing
  1. Storage & Operation Precautions
  1. This product causes negligible environmental harm, slightly soluble in water and non-flammable.
  2. Limited hazardous properties; may trigger mild skin irritation upon contact, low inhalation risk under regular working temperature.
  3. First-aid guidance for different exposure conditions:
  4. Inhalation: Non-volatile component, no special treatment required.
  5. Ingestion: Rinse mouth thoroughly, DO NOT induce vomiting; seek medical help if discomfort occurs.
  6. Skin contact: Remove contaminated clothing and wash affected skin immediately with soap and clean water.
  7. Eye contact: Remove contact lenses, continuously irrigate eyes and eyelids with plenty of clean water for minimum 15 minutes; consult doctor promptly for any irritation.
  8. Personal Protection: Ensure sufficient ventilation at workplace.
  9. No eating, drinking or smoking during operation.
  10. Storage:

Potential hazardous reactions under abnormal conditions:

Avoid exposure to high temperature or direct sunlight.

Store in cool and dark environment at 5~25℃ with relative humidity of 45%~55%, shelf life is 1 year.

Stir or shake fully to homogenize before application if stored for a long time.
