- Operating Instructions
- Screen Pre-treatment: Degrease mesh with degreaser or roughen mesh with mesh abrasive paste (roughening is unnecessary for high-mesh precision screen making).
- Pre-dry screen for standby at 35℃~40℃ (max.42℃), RH:45%~55%.
- Coating: 2 coats on ink side + 2 coats on printing side; dry at 35℃~40℃ (≤42℃, RH45%-55%) for 10 mins.
- Coating: 1 coat on ink side + 3 coats on printing side; dry at 35℃~40℃ (≤42℃, RH45%-55%) for 10 mins.
- Coating: 0 coat on ink side + 1 coat on printing side; dry at 35℃~40℃ (≤42℃, RH45%-55%) for 10 mins. Final net dry film thickness is around 8μm. Coating procedure varies by industries; target film thickness can be achieved via repeated coating.
- Exposure: Calibrate exposure energy with exposure test strip. Without test strip, conduct multi-energy exposure on one screen and select optimal parameter based on washout effect. Regularly test and adjust exposure value after confirmation: insufficient exposure leads to poor solvent resistance and short print run; excessive exposure reduces image resolution.
- Let screen stand for 1~3 mins after exposure.
- Developing: Wet both screen sides with low-pressure water or soak ≤1~2 mins, rest for another 1~2 mins. Continuously flush printing side with fan-shaped low-pressure water until full patterns emerge.
Note: Only flush printing side; over-rinse on ink side causes pinholes and blunted edge sharpness, keep water gun approx.60CM away from screen. Gently rinse ink side for 1~2 mins, then fully wash residual residues off both sides after inspection.
- Drying: Dry at 35℃~40℃ (≤42℃, RH45%~55%) for 20~30 mins.
- Screen Inspection & Repair**: Perform secondary supplementary exposure on standard exposure machine for longer printing durability.
- Mesh Sealing
