Product Features

Solid content:38%; Medium viscosity:8500–9000 CPS @25℃;Dry film thickness: approx.3–5μm;Min. resolution:35–40μm for 350 mesh yellow screen;Min. resolution:30–35μm for 420 mesh yellow screen;Dual resistance to water & solvent, excellent moisture-proof performance;Fast exposure speed, good leveling property for coating;High resolution, superior Rz surface value after multiple coating.

Storage & Shelf Life

Store at 5~25℃ under ambient temperature; shelf life:12 months

  1. Operating Instructions
  1. Screen Pre-treatment: Degrease mesh with degreaser or roughen mesh with mesh abrasive paste (roughening is unnecessary for high-mesh precision screen making).
  2. Pre-dry screen for standby at 35℃~40℃ (max.42℃), RH:45%~55%.
  3. Coating: 2 coats on ink side + 2 coats on printing side; dry at 35℃~40℃ (≤42℃, RH45%-55%) for 10 mins.
  4. Coating: 1 coat on ink side + 3 coats on printing side; dry at 35℃~40℃ (≤42℃, RH45%-55%) for 10 mins.
  5. Coating: 0 coat on ink side + 1 coat on printing side; dry at 35℃~40℃ (≤42℃, RH45%-55%) for 10 mins. Final net dry film thickness is around 8μm. Coating procedure varies by industries; target film thickness can be achieved via repeated coating.
  6. Exposure: Calibrate exposure energy with exposure test strip. Without test strip, conduct multi-energy exposure on one screen and select optimal parameter based on washout effect. Regularly test and adjust exposure value after confirmation: insufficient exposure leads to poor solvent resistance and short print run; excessive exposure reduces image resolution.
  7. Let screen stand for 1~3 mins after exposure.
  8. Developing: Wet both screen sides with low-pressure water or soak ≤1~2 mins, rest for another 1~2 mins. Continuously flush printing side with fan-shaped low-pressure water until full patterns emerge.

Note: Only flush printing side; over-rinse on ink side causes pinholes and blunted edge sharpness, keep water gun approx.60CM away from screen. Gently rinse ink side for 1~2 mins, then fully wash residual residues off both sides after inspection.

  1. Drying: Dry at 35℃~40℃ (≤42℃, RH45%~55%) for 20~30 mins.
  2. Screen Inspection & Repair**: Perform secondary supplementary exposure on standard exposure machine for longer printing durability.
  3.  Mesh Sealing

  1. Storage & Safety Precautions
  1. This product is eco-friendly, slightly soluble in water and non-flammable.
  2. Limited hazardous characteristics; may cause mild skin irritation upon contact, low inhalation hazard under normal working temperature.
  3. First-aid instructions for different exposure conditions:
  4. Inhalation: Non-volatile component, no special treatment needed.
  5. Ingestion: Rinse mouth thoroughly, DO NOT induce vomiting; seek medical service if discomfort occurs.
  6. Skin contact: Remove contaminated clothing, wash affected skin instantly with soap and clean water.
  7. Eye contact: Remove contact lenses, continuously irrigate eyes and eyelids with abundant clean water for minimum 15 mins; consult a doctor promptly for irritation.
  8. Personal Protection: Ensure adequate ventilation in working area.
  9. No eating, drinking or smoking during operation.
  10. Storage:

Avoid high temperature and direct sunlight.

Store in cool & shaded space at 5~25℃ with RH45%~55%, valid for 12 months.

Stir or shake thoroughly for uniform mixing before use after long-term storage.
