Product Description & Operating Instructions

  1. Screen Pre-treatment.Degrease the mesh with degreaser, or roughen the mesh surface with mesh abrasive paste.
  2. Screen Pre-drying for Standby.Dry at 35°C to 40°C (maximum 42°C) with relative humidity controlled between 45% and 55%.
  3. Coating,2 coats on the front + 2 coats on the back; or 3 coats on the front + 2 coats on the back. Achieve the required film thickness by multiple coatings according to printing requirements.

- Legend printing: 3–5 μm

- Circuit printing: 6–8 μm

- Solder mask printing: 10–12 μm

  1. Drying, dry at 35°C to 40°C (maximum 42°C) with relative humidity of 45%–55% for about 25–30 minutes. Adjust the drying time according to the actual condition of the drying oven. Ensure the screen is fully dried.
  2. Exposure, calibrate exposure energy with an exposure test strip. If no test strip is available, perform exposure with different energy levels on one screen and select the optimal energy based on developing effect and developing difficulty. Inspect and adjust exposure energy regularly after confirmation. Insufficient exposure will lead to poor solvent resistance and short print life; excessive exposure will reduce the resolution of the screen.
  3. Developing. Wet both sides of the screen with low-pressure water and let it stand for 1–2 minutes. Continuously flush the printing side with fan-shaped low-pressure water until the patterns are fully developed. > Note: Focus flushing on the printing side. Excessive flushing on the ink side will cause pinholes and damage edge sharpness. Keep the water gun approximately 60 cm away from the screen. Then gently rinse the ink side for 1–2 minutes. After confirming the developing quality, rinse off all residues on both sides of the screen with low-pressure water.
  4. Drying,dry at 35°C to 40°C (maximum 42°C) with relative humidity of 45%–55% for about 25–30 minutes.
  5. Screen Inspection & Repair.Conduct secondary supplementary exposure on a conventional exposure machine to enhance printing durability.
  6. Mesh Sealing
