1.Scope of Application

This specification is only applicable to the automatic screen reclaiming machine manufactured by our company.

3.Working Principle Model TD-T2013 is mainly used to strip residual photosensitive emulsion from used screen printing frames in precision screen printing industry to get blank screens for reuse. The machine adopts PLC programming control and touch screen operation. Clean water / reclaiming solution is sprayed via nozzles fitted on front & rear spray bars to strip off leftover photosensitive emulsion; compressed air air-knife removes residual water droplets on screen surface after washing.

Machine Workflow: Load screen → Spray rinsing & emulsion stripping → Compressed air air-knife drying → Unload screen

Manually place pending-reclaim screen into the washing chamber, set reclaiming duration, spray pressure and spray bar moving speed on touch screen then close front door. Press start button, the cleaning pump delivers reclaiming liquid from liquid tank to front & rear spray bars. Liquid sprays out in fan shape through nozzles to physically strip residual emulsion off screen surface. Waste liquid passes through multi-stage filtration including 500μm stainless steel filter → 200μm filter bag → 3~5μm filter bag before flowing into the recovery tank.

4-3 Technical Features

The TD-T2013 automatic screen reclaiming machine is customized to satisfy special emulsion stripping demands of screen printing frames with excellent compatibility as below:

（1）Whole machine is fabricated with 2.0mm thick SUS304 stainless steel, acid & alkali resistant, corrosion-proof and durable.

（2）Equipped with high-precision dual-side spray reclaim system; front & rear dual spray bars wash both sides of screen synchronously.

（3）Spray bars are chain-driven by servo motor with both software and hardware limit switches for safe operation.

（4）Controlled by PLC plus HMI touch screen with exclusive customized operating system.

（5）Parameters including spray pressure, spray bar speed and working time can be programmed, saved and quickly recalled.

（6）Independent process recipes can be preset according to different reclaim requirements.
