3. Working Principle
Primarily used for developing and rinsing screen printing plates during the production of precision screen printing plates, to reveal the printed graphics after exposure. The machine adopts PLC programming control and touchscreen operation. Clean water is sprayed through nozzles on the front and rear spray bars to remove excess photosensitive emulsion after exposure and reveal the printed graphics (development). After water spraying, compressed air air-knife drying removes residual water droplets from the screen surface.
Machine Workflow:
Load screen → Spray rinse and develop → Compressed air air-knife drying → Unload screen
First, manually place the screen to be developed into the cleaning chamber. Then set parameters such as developing time, spray bar pressure, and spray bar moving speed on the touchscreen, and close the front door. Press the Start button to activate the cleaning pump, which draws cleaning water from the water tank to the front and rear spray bars. Clean water flows through the spray bars to each nozzle, spraying out in a fan shape to rinse the screen surface. The residual photosensitive emulsion on the surface is physically stripped during rinsing. The stripped photosensitive emulsion is discharged directly from the machine after passing through a stainless steel filter screen. After cleaning, air-knife drying removes excess water droplets from the screen surface.
