2. Operating Instructions
- Personal protection: Wear a face mask and acid‑alkali resistant rubber gloves.
- Mix ghost remover paste with screen‑washing solvent at 1:1 ratio and stir well; or use the paste directly after stirring.
- Apply mixed ghost remover paste evenly to both sides of reclaimed screen with soft brush or sponge.
- Treat 5‑10 screens in one batch, or let the paste dwell on screen for 5‑10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with high‑pressure water gun.
- For heavily contaminated screens with severe ghosting and ink residue, extend dwell time to achieve full dissolution before high‑pressure water rinsing.
3. Storage & Safety Notes
- Water‑miscible, non‑flammable with low environmental impact.
- Hazard risk is limited. May cause skin irritation. Limited inhalation hazard under normal working temperature.
First‑aid Measures
‑Inhalation: This product has low volatility. ‑ Ingestion: Rinse mouth thoroughly. Do NOT induce vomiting. Seek medical attention if discomfort occurs. ‑ Skin Contact: Remove contaminated clothing. Immediately wash affected skin thoroughly with soap and running water. ‑ Eye Contact: Remove contact‑lenses. Flush eyes and eyelids continuously with plenty of clean running water for at least 15 minutes. Seek immediate medical help if irritation persists.
Personal Protection
Ensure adequate ventilation in working area. Do not eat, drink or smoke while handling the product.
Storage
Store in cool and well‑ventilated place. Shelf‑life: 2 years. Sediment may form; stir well before use. Sediment will not affect product performance.
