二.Operating Instructions
1.Mesh Pre treatment Fully wet both sides of newly stretched mesh with clean water. For high count fine mesh, use mesh abrasive paste for surface roughening if required.
2.Degreasing Process Apply proper amount of degreaser onto printing side and ink side of screen with sponge or soft nylon brush, cover all mesh area evenly. Allow 30 60 seconds for chemical to decompose grease. Do NOT let degreaser dry out on mesh.
3.Rinsing Rinse both sides thoroughly with low pressure clean water until continuous unbroken water film forms on mesh. No water beading or water film breakage. Ensure complete removal of chemical residues.
Note: Incomplete rinsing will cause pinholes and craters during emulsion coating.
4.Drying for Next Process Dry screen at 35℃ 40℃, maximum temperature shall not exceed 42℃. Keep ambient humidity 45% 55%. Complete drying is required before emulsion coating.
Important Notice: Do not touch cleaned mesh with bare hands to avoid re contamination by fingerprints.
三．Safety & Storage Notes
This product is water based detergent, non flammable and water soluble. Limited hazard, may cause slight irritation to skin and eyes.
First aid measures:
- Inhalation: Low volatility under normal operation, almost no inhalation risk.
- Ingestion: Rinse mouth thoroughly. Do NOT induce vomiting. Seek medical attention if discomfort occurs.
- Skin contact: Remove contaminated clothing, wash skin with plenty of running soap water.
- Eye contact: Remove contact lenses. Flush eyes with plenty of running water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical help if irritation persists.
Personal Protection: Keep working area well ventilated. Wear rubber gloves, avoid prolonged direct skin contact. No eating, drinking or smoking in working area.
Storage: Keep in cool & ventilated warehouse. Avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Do not store together with strong acid or alkali chemicals.
