Product Description & Operation Instructions
- Pre-screen Treatment: Degrease mesh with degreaser or roughen mesh surface with mesh abrasion paste.
- Screen Pre-drying for standby: Dry at 35℃~40℃ (max.42℃), relative humidity 45%~55%.
- Coating: 2 coats front + 2 coats back OR 3 coats front + 2 coats back. Achieve target dry film thickness via repeated coating as per printing requirement. - Legend printing:3~5μm - Circuit printing:6~8μm - Solder mask printing:10~12μm
- Drying: Dry at 35℃~40℃ (≤42℃, RH45%~55%) for 25~30 mins. Adjust drying time according to actual oven condition; ensure complete drying of stencil.
- Exposure: Calibrate exposure energy by exposure test strip. If no test strip available, test multiple exposure values on one screen and select optimal parameter based on developing result. Check and adjust exposure energy regularly after confirmation: insufficient exposure causes poor solvent resistance and short print run; excessive exposure reduces resolution.
- Developing: Wet both sides of screen with low-pressure clean water and stand for 1~2 mins. Continuously flush printing side with fan-shaped low-pressure water until complete pattern emerges. Note: Only flush printing side; excessive washing on ink side leads to pinholes and poor edge sharpness. Keep water gun approx.60CM away from screen. Gently rinse ink side for 1~2 mins, then wash all residual sludge off both screen sides thoroughly after inspection.
- Drying: Dry at 35℃~40℃ (≤42℃, RH45%~55%) for 25~30 mins.
- Screen Inspection & Repair: Secondary supplementary exposure on conventional exposure machine to improve printing durability.
- Mesh Sealing
