Ulano QLT is ready-to-use SBQ photopolymer direct screen printing emulsion. 43% solid content, viscosity ~7200 cps, ultra-fast exposure. Blue high-contrast emulsion, excellent mesh bridging, solvent & plastisol ink resistant, non-tacky under high humidity. Widely used for textile screen printing, compatible with CTS system, easy reclaiming. Can work with automatic coater, screen stretcher and developing machine for full screen making line.

Ulano QLT is a one-component SBQ pre-sensitized photo emulsion imported from USA. Ready to use without mixing sensitizer. It is an ultra-fast exposing direct emulsion for screen printing, blue paste.
Designed for textile plastisol printing. Compatible with CTS direct screen imaging system and automatic coating machines. Great solvent resistance and easy reclaiming. Widely used for garment printing, PVC and plastic printing with solvent inks, ideal for high-volume screen rooms.

- High contrast blue colour, easy for stencil inspection.
- Resist plastisol inks and most wash solvents. Stencil will not turn sticky under high humidity.
- Simple reclaiming, compatible with automatic stencil remover for mesh reuse.
- Diazo additive can be added separately to improve water resistance for water-based inks.

Operation Instruction
- Mesh preparation: Degrease and fully dry screens before coating. Automatic coater recommended for uniform coating.
- Drying: Max temperature ≤40℃ in dust-free dark oven. Fully dry before exposure.
- Exposure: Metal halide lamp or CTS system, 320-420nm UV light. Run exposure test first.
- Developing: Rinse with low-pressure water. Dry thoroughly after image clearing.
- Reclaiming: Apply remover, can use automatic stencil remover to strip old emulsion.
- Storage: Keep in cool dark place. Freezing will permanently damage emulsion.
Purchase Notes
- Photochemical product, keep away from light during transport and storage. Prevent freezing in cold season.
- Use up quickly after opening; long time open container reduces sensitivity.
- Add diazo hardener if printing water-based inks.
- Matched with full screen making equipment: automatic coater, screen oven, developer and stencil remover.
